ISLAMABAD: Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has promoted 17 officials as Office Superintendent Inland Revenue (BS-16) from the post of Supervisors/Head Clerks (BS-14) on regular basis with immediate effect.
The following officers have been promoted at their present place of postings:
- Muhammad Afzal, Regional Tax Office (RTO), Sialkot
- Safdar Ali, RTO Sialkot
- Imtiaz Ahmad, RTO Sialkot
- Muhammad Abbas, RTO Sialkot
- Taskeen Shaiq Malik, RTO Islamabad
- Muhammad Iqbal, who will actualize his promotion from the date he return from deputation and join RTO Islamabad.
- Pervez Mehmood Adil, RTO Islamabad
- Syed Tahir Abbas Shah, LTU Islamabad
- Inayatullah, RTO Islamabad
- Fazal Hussain, RTO Peshawar
- Noor Hussain, RTO Peshawar
- Muslim Khan, RTO Peshawar
- Sayyar Ahmad, RTO Peshawar
- Maqbool Hussain Jam, RTO Bhawalpur
- Muhammad Yaqoob Lashari, RTO Bhawalpur
- Amjad Naveed, RTO Rawalpindi

According to the FBR notification, the promotion would take effect the date of their joining, subject to the condition that no disciplinary proceedings are pending against them.
