Nissan unveils new Sport Sedan Concept at the New York show

TOKYO: Cars lovers have seen the new Sport Sedan Concept that Nissan revealed at the New York show and also the Detroit Motor Show. They also announced that the new Nissan Maxima will be inspired by the Sport Sedan Concept.

Besides getting some of its design elements from the Sport Sedan Concept, the new Nissan maxima will also be getting some of its design elements from the upcoming Nissan Murano as well.

Under the hood of the new Nissan Maxima is speculated to be a 3.5 liter V6 engine that will be mated to a CVT system. There might also be a four cylinder 2.5 liter Hybrid engine. There have been a few prototypes spotted by the spies; however the vehicles are usually heavily covered in camouflage tapes.

The new Nissan Maxima is Nissan’s biggest hope of bringing back the numbers of their sales number. The automaker reported that they Nissan have a 2% drop in sales in November and hopefully, this new model will help bring their number back up.
