The names include Chief Executive Officer of Quaid-e-Azam Solar Power (QASPL) Najam Shah, QASPL Chief Financial Officer Rashid Majeed, multiple members of the price committee, Faisalabad Industrial Estate Development and Management Company, CEO, CFO and general manager of the Lahore Waste Management Company.

Former chairman Muhammad Aslam Qasmi, of the price committee at the Faisalabad Industrial Estate Development and Management company, has also been placed on the no-fly list.

Five members of the Lahore Development Authority City development partner were also placed on the ECL. Manager and director finance of Paragon City have also been added to list.

In March, the federal cabinet formed a subcommittee to examine the cases of individuals that are presently on the ECL and to take steps for the addition and deletion of related names depending on the nature of their respective cases.

The decision was taken during a weekly cabinet huddle under the chairmanship of former premier Shahid Khaqan Abbasi. The subcommittee will review every name placed on the ECL on a case-by-case basis and remove names which no longer need to be on it.
