LAHORE: Bilateral trade through Wagha border between India and Pakistan will be closed for Eid holidays and will be resume on Wednesday.
It is pertinent to mention here,that Wagha border is main trade route between two neighboring countries. During Eid holiday’s trade activities will be closed between the two countries and it will be resumed again after Eid holidays, a well informed source told Customs Today.
Last time, trade activities were suspended between the two countries when Pakistani transporters stage protest over killing of a Pakistani driver in Indian police custody, but later the matter was resolved and trade activities started again.
