ANF foils bid to smuggle heroin to Bahrain at Islamabad airport

ISLAMABAD: The Anti-Narcotic Force has foiled an attempt to smuggle heroin to Bahrain from Benazir Bhutto International Airport Islamabad and arrested the accused on the spot.

Sources told Customs Today that the Anti-Narcotic Force has recovered one kilogram white heroin from accused Sanaul Haq who is a resident of Swabi. During the checking of his luggage at the airport, the authorities find fine quality heroin from his luggage. He was trying to board a private airline flight.
