ISLAMABAD: The Anti-Narcotic Force has foiled an attempt to smuggle heroin to Bahrain from Benazir Bhutto International Airport Islamabad and arrested the accused on the spot.
Sources told Customs Today that the Anti-Narcotic Force has recovered one kilogram white heroin from accused Sanaul Haq who is a resident of Swabi. During the checking of his luggage at the airport, the authorities find fine quality heroin from his luggage. He was trying to board a private airline flight.
The ANF team has arrested the accused Sanaul Haq and registered a case of smuggling against him, while further investigations are still in process till the filing of this report.
