29 Appraisers, Assist Private Secretaries promoted as Principal Appraisers

ISLAMABAD: Twenty nine Appraisers and Assistant Private Secretaries of Pakistan Customs Department have been promoted to the post of Principal Appraiser (BS-16) with immediate effect until further orders.

According to the notification, the promoted officers will be on probation for a period of one year, extendable for further period not exceeding one year, provided that if no order is issued by the day following the termination of probationary period, the appointment shall deem to be held until further orders.

The officers already drawing performance allowance equal to 100 per cent of basic pay will continue to draw the same on their promotion. They are allowed to actualise their promotion at their present place of posting against the available vacancies in BS-16. The officers have been directed to relinquish/assume charge, using online HRMS facility made available at all FBR field offices or by using IJP login.
