Addressing an important meeting of the electrical fans manufacturers and exporters, he said that 631,000 fans worth of Rs 1.58 billion were exported from Gujrat to the foreign destinations during the fiscal year 2014-15, while 92,0000 fans were exported during the previous fiscal year. He said that there is a great decline of 31 percent in the exports of the electrical fans from Pakistan, due to which the electrical fans manufacturers and exporters suffered great financial losses of millions of rupees.

Haji Muhamamd Ilyas added that the complete patronage of the government was direly needed to boom up the declining exports of the electrical fans from Gujrat-Pakistan, besides, enhancing the quality and standard of the Pakistan-made electrical fans for competing against Indian and China in the international trade markets as well.
