ISLAMABAD: Federal Minister for Planning and Development Ahsan Iqbal has said that work on 3,600MW LNG power projects is also in progress and the electricity generated through these projects would be added to the national grid.
Addressing a ceremony in Lahore, he said that the importance of China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) could not be minimised and work on various energy projects under CPEC was underway which would help overcome electricity crisis.
The minister said positive attitude and political stability are imperative to ensure economic progress and development.
