3800 passenger cars sold in May despite lockdown

LAHORE: The sale of passenger cars during the month of May, 2020 stood at 3,800 units which is significantly lower than the sales recorded in the same month of the previous year.

According to the data of All Pakistan Auto Manufacturers Association, a total of 3800 units of cars were sold in the country despite lockdown and reduction in economic activities to curb the spread of novel coronavirus compared to 15,428 units sold during the same period last year.
