Officials, however, were not willing to share information as to how the truck with narcotics managed to cross the Torkham border and then passed through at least two more checkposts at Shaheed Morr and Machini before reaching Landi Kotal bypass road.

The seizure is the second of its type in about three weeks as Khasadar and Levies personnel intercepted a truck at Charwazgai few days ago with narcotics concealed in its secret cavities.
