48 plots of 1,000 yards, 106 plots of 500 yards allotted: CDA holds balloting for plots in Park Enclave

ISLAMABAD: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) conducted balloting for the allotment of 48 residential plots of 1,000 yards and 106 plots of 500 yards in its unique Park Enclave Housing Project in a transparent manner.

The balloting was carried out manually to ensure transparency in the presence of a large number of applicants, representatives civil society, Immensity International, NAB and FIA while representatives of electronic and print media also witnessed the process.

The balloting process was supervised by a committee headed by CDA Member Finance Arbab Sher Bahadar, while its members Director General Land and Estate, Director General Law, Director Estate Management-I, Director Estate Management-II, Director Public Relations, Director IT and Director Regional Planning were also present on the occasion. The particulars of the successful candidates have been uploaded on website of the authority.

A total of 48 plots of 1,000 yards and 106 plots of 500 yards were allotted through the balloting.

Earlier, particulars of the applicants were uploaded on CDA’s website for three days to ensure transparency and facilitate the applicants.
