51 Pak firms participate in Gulfood Exhibition

KARACHI: A large number of Pakistan companies have announced to participate in Gulf food Exhibition, one of the biggest and most awaited events concerning with foodservice and hospitality Sectors in the Middle East, in 2016.

About 51 Pakistani companies will participate under the umbrella of Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP). Exhibition will be held from 21st to 25th February 2016 at Dubai. The leading Pakistani food companies will be displaying their full range of products under Pakistan Pavilion situated in Zabeel Pavillion at Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC). Pakistani food products will includes rice, juices, pickles assorted, canned fish, edible oil, fresh fruits & vegetables, chilled mutton & beef, frozen meat products, syrups assorted, confectionery items, bakery items, tea, dried seeds, herbal & health products, milk products, honey and dry fruits etc.

In previous edition of Gulf Food Exhibition 41 companies had participated under TDAP. However, keeping in view the demand of Pakistani exporters TDAP has made extra reservation of stalls and most of the companies are accommodated in Pakistan Pavilion.
