62 Inland Revenue Audit Officers assume charge as Assistant Managers Audit

KARACHI: As many as 62 Inland Revenue Audit Officers have assumed the charge of recently upgraded posts of Assistant Manager Audit BS-17 so far.

The Secretary Management-IR – III, Imran Latif Minhas had issued a notification No 1610-IR-III/2015, upgrading the posts of Inland Revenue Audit Officers BS-16 as Assistant Manager Audit BS-17 with effect from 3.4.2012.

The breakup of the posts included Bahawalpur 9; Abbotabad 4; Faisalabad 12; Gujranwala 6; Hyderabad 11; Peshawar 32; Quetta 5; Islamabad 13; Karachi 93; Lahore 67; Multan 23; Rawalpindi 8; Sargodha 2; Sialkot 4 and Hyderabad 1.

Interestingly, only 62 Inland Revenue Audit Officers have succeeded to report for their joining and assumed the charge of Assistant Manager Audit BS-17.

The break-up of the officials who assumed the newly upgraded posts include one at IOCO, Internal Audit 4, LTU Karachi 2, PCA Lahore 1, RTO Faisalabad 2, RTO Gujranwala 3, RTO Karachi 5, LTU Lahore 1, RTO Lahore 6, RTO Multan 2, RTO Peshawar 22, RTO Rawalpindi 1, RTO-II Karachi 2, RTO-II Lahore 3, RTO-III Karachi 2, RTO Quetta 3 and RTO Sialkot 1.
