63% development work completes on 5,197 schemes

SARGODHA: As many as Rs19 billion have been allocated for 5,197 schemes in the division and 63 per cent work was completed at a cost of Rs12.35 billion on these projects.

Under the Prime Minister Sustainable Development Goals (PMSDGs) phase-I and phase-II Rs4.90 billion had been allocated for 2,491 schemes out of which Rs3.63 billion had been spent while 1,386 schemes were also completed. Commissioner Nadeem Mehboob on Friday said quality of work was being ensured in all ongoing schemes while projects will also be completed in time.
