Taxpayers asked to file complaints about duty drawbacks to Member Customs

LAHORE: The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) in order to facilitate taxpayers urged the taxpayers to file complaints regarding customs duty drawbacks, if any, to the Member Customs, Federal Board of Revenue.

The Board as a part of government’s policy in the current challenging time, FBR is in the process of devising a transparent centralized system for issuance of income tax, sales tax and duty draw back rebates / refunds to the taxpayers in an expeditious manner. This process is being undertaken to facilitate the taxpayers across the country.

However, this endeavor may not be effective without full commitment by all the stakeholders, especially the taxpayers to stand with this resolve. This initiative is aimed to be flawless. In this regard, FBR needs full support of all stakeholders, especially the taxpayers.

Therefore, it is urged that complaints regarding customs duty drawbacks, if any, may kindly be reported immediately as per the following details:-
