Customs House to remain open today

KARACHI: The Customs House will remain open today.

According to a notification issued by FBR, offices of the Model Customs Collectorates (MCC) Appraisement-East and Appraisement-West will remain open and work as per daily routine.

The National Bank, Customs House Branch will also remain open today (Saturday) and importers and Customs agents can deposit their duty/tax in bank. The other departments except Appraisements will remain closed today (Saturday).

It is pertinent to mention here that it was third consecutive week that the Customs House remains open in order to facilitate traders.
