ISLAMABAD: World Customs Organization (WCO) has awarded Deputy Collector Customs Airport Naveed ur Rehman Bagvi with certificate of excellence. This certificate is awarded upon his actions against smuggling of narcotics. He intercepted 6 cases of heroin smuggling last year, in every case he confiscated 5 to 7 kg heroin worth millions of rupees.
