Directorate General of Customs Valuation revisits values of duplex board

KARACHI: The Directorate General of Customs Valuation with the consent of Director Abdul Rashid Sheikh has determined the customs values of one-side-coated duplex board through Valuation Ruling No 722/2015 under Section 25-A of the Customs Act, 1969.
The said valuation ruling has superseded the previously issued Valuation Ruling 694/2014.

According to details, the customs value of duplex board (grey/back in sheet 300 GSM and above) from China, Hong Kong, Indonesia and Malaysia having PCT Headings 4810.9200 and 4810.9900 and proposed PCT for WeBOC 4810.9200.1000 and 4810.9900.1000 has been fixed at $0.51 per kilogramme.

The customs value of duplex board from Korea having PCT Headings 4810.9200 and 4810.9900 and proposed PCT for WeBOC 4810.9200.1100 and 4810.9900.1100 has been fixed at $0.53 per kg.
The customs value of duplex board from Europe, USA and other origins having PCT Headings 4810.9200 and 4810.9900 and proposed PCT for WeBOC 4810.9200.1200 and 4810.9900.1200 has been fixed at $0.55 per kg.
The customs value of duplex board from Middle East having PCT Headings 4810.9200 and 4810.9900 and proposed PCT for WeBOC 4810.9200.1300 and 4810.9900.1300 has been fixed at $0.49 per kg.
The customs value of one-side-coated duplex board (other than grey/back in sheet) from China having PCT Headings 4810.9200 and 4810.9900 and proposed PCT for WeBOC 4810.9200.1400 and 4810.9900.1400 has been fixed at $0.71 per kg.
The customs value of the same board from Europe, USA and Canada having PCT Headings 4810.9200 and 4810.9900 and proposed PCT for WeBOC 4810.9200.1500 and 4810.9900.1500 has been fixed at $0.77 per kg.
The customs value of the same from all other origins having PCT Headings 4810.9200 and 4810.9900 and proposed PCT for WeBOC 4810.9200.1600 and 4810.9900.1600 has been fixed at $0.76 per kg.
