TOKYO: A multinational automobile manufacturer, Nissan has released the teaser image of Nissan Sway Concept, as the model in question will be making its debut in Geneva, on the 3rd of March.
Nissan’s newest creation is called the Sway Concept and this has been recently teased for the 2015 Geneva Motor Show. The model in question is a one-off vehicle which will provide a first look into the next generation of the Micra supermini, in its European specification, which is expected to be introduced sometimes next year.
“To be unveiled at the 2015 Geneva Motor Show, Sway is a glimpse at how a future generation of small Nissan models could look if the company’s striking new design language was applied to a European hatchback”, says the carmaker in its official press release.
The image posted above isn’t revealing that much but we can see the updated front fascia with the familiar grille which can also be found on its larger brothers, such as the facelifted Juke, the new Qashqai and the new X-Trail, along with some sharp lines and LED headlights. Keep in mind that this is a simple concept car at the moment and that the final production version may not look that dramatic. The new generation of the Micra will be put together in Flins, near Paris, by Renault, and it will be hitting the assembly line in 2016. Rumor has it that this will have a lot in common with the newest Clio generation.
