Customs Adjudication takes 60 days extension in Rs 4.7m tax evasion case of SM Foods

MULTAN: Collector Customs Adjudication has taken 60 days extension for the decision of tax evasion case of Rs 4.7 million from the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). Earlier Adjudication was granted an extension for 28 days till February, 25. On Wednesday during the case hearing Adjudication was given extension of another 60 days in case no266/2014 by the FBR.

Defense Counsel S.M Food Company, Zain A Jatoi has requested for cross examination of the party evidence and the evidence provided against them in the case. Collector Customs Adjudication Saleem  Ranjha has permitted  the opportunity  for cross examination of evidences on 3rd March.
