Collector Seema to send second case against TCS and Smart Zone to Customs Intelligence

ISLAMABAD: Model Customs Collectorate Adjudication Collector Seema Raza Bukhari has decided to send a second case against TCS and Smart Zone to the Customs Intelligence and Investigation.

The second case was filed on the basis of a contravention report.

Collector Seema reviewed both the cases and stated that there was no need to file the second case on the basis of a contravention report, as the first case had all the pertinent points required for the case.

Therefore, Collector Seema decided to send back the second case to the Customs Intelligence and Investigation and also asked the authorities to provide details about the necessity of the second case.
