Traders stage symbolic protest against tax authorities

LAHORE: Traders of sanitary wares and ceramic tiles on Ferozepur Road staged a symbolic protest against the Income Tax Department’s persistent harassment.

Traders kept their shops closed for two hours to show unity with Mahmood and Sons Sanitary Store which was raided by Inland Revenue team on suspicion of tax evasion last week.
