LAHORE: The Special Court of Customs Taxation and Anti-Smuggling Lahore has sent an accused smuggler on a 14-day judicial remand.
As per the details, Muhammad Irfan was booked by Customs Intelligence and Investigation on the charges of smuggling, as customs officials had recovered 12 bottles of imported liquor form the accused.
On Tuesday, customs authorities after interrogation presented the accused before the court where the honourable judge sent him on judicial remand as customs officials have completed the interrogation process.
Case number 197/15 was registered against Muhammad Irfan by Customs Intelligence and Investigation on the charges of liquor smuggling.
