Digital Electronics attendance machines installed at MCC Multan for attendence

MULTAN: The Model of Customs Collectorate Multan has installed the electronic attendance machines for their staff in order to ensure their presence on the job.

The Model of Customs Collectorate Multan has installed two electronics machines for the attendance of staff in the new building of Customs House Multan. One machine will be utilized for attendance at the entry time in the office and other will be used for the record of departure.

The purpose of fixing these electronics machines is to ensure the punctuality of employees on duty. These electronics machines will gather the attendance data of the employees with their thumb impression in order to ensure their presence in the office for duty.

These digital electronic machines will also bring discipline in the staff that they will arrive and leave the office on time. All the employees will ensure their attendance through thumb impression for their attendance.

Collector Dr Sarfraz Ahmad Warraich will supervise the attendance of his staff at MCC Multan.

These electronics attendance machines are installed on the special direction of DG Lutfullah Virk to make all the employees punctual and the Collectors will get the report of their employee’s attendance in the offices on daily basis.
