LAHORE: The Punjab Board of Revenue, Project Management Unit, has completed the computerisation process of land record in 12 more districts.
According to spokesperson for Project Management Unit, computerisation of land records has been completed in 12 districts including Lodhran, Hafizabad, Nankana, Mundi Bahauddin, Jhelum, Sheikhupura, Kasur, Jhang, Okara, Sargodha, Narowal and Chakwal.
The computerised land record services are being provided to the public in 143 tehsils through ‘Arazi Record Centres’. After the computerisation of land, citizens can get their case records in 30 minutes and get the same attested in just 50 minutes.
The spokesperson said that over 99 percent beneficiaries have not only expressed their satisfaction but their gratitude towards the government for providing them such a facility.
