WCCIM: Women’s participation in export sector vital for national economy

MULTAN: The participation of women entrepreneurs in the export sector will lead towards economic development of country.

This was stated by the President Woman Chamber of Commerce and Industry Multan Division (WCCIM) Humera Batool here on Saturday.

She was addressing with the two day training workshop of Women Entrepreneur on “Access of Women Entrepreneurs to International Market.” She told that continuous participation of women entrepreneurs in the country will resolve our severe economic issues and her forum will promote the women skills through in current professional era.

More than 20 women entrepreneur are exporting their products outside the world from Multan and through the promotion of small medium enterprises government can generate billions of revenue, she believed.

Women entrepreneur will attain the special fame through the manufacturing of their export goods in the world and South Punjab will be recognized for their women entrepreneurs very soon in the industry.

She said that Women Chamber of Commerce and Industry has already accompanied the different workshops with collaboration of State Bank of Pakistan on export refinancing and training for the preparation of export shipment documents for the export of products.
