Chairman Applet Tribunal will spend two days in Lahore Customs Tribunal

LAHORE: Chairman Customs Applet Tribunal Muhammad Tariq will spend two days in Lahore Customs Tribunal to check Tribunal’s activities.

As per details the main reason of his stay is the distribution of cases among the  Tribunal members for their early disposal.

As a whole there are four members of Customs Applet Tribunal, ‘two Benches’ including Bench-I and BenchII consisting of one judicial and one technical member.

Bench-I of the Tribunal consist of Judicial member Ghulam Murtaza Bhatti, and technical member Khwaja Umer Mehdi while Bench-II will be consist of Umer Arshed Hakeemas judicial member and Imran Tariq as technical member.
