Pakistan Industrial and Traders Association calls for single digit sales tax

LAHORE: Pakistan Industrial and Traders Association (PIAF) has asked government for single digit sales tax and demanded the government improve tax recovery system.

PIAF Chairman Irfan iqbal has said the government has to take steps to increase exports. The government should produce 70 percent electricity from hydral resources and 30 percent from others.

Iqbal also demanded to increase Tax net and decrease tax percentage and make strong strategy for tax collection.
