Multan: Excise and Taxation Dept field staff to get motorcycles

MULTAN: The Excise and Taxation Department, Multan Division, has decided to provide motorcycles to field staffs and has started preparing a list of constables operational in the field for the collection of taxes.

According to reliable sources, Punjab government is seeking for the lists of employees which required motor bikes during their operations. Excise and Taxation Department is making the lists of those constables which are working in the field.

Excise and Taxation Department Multan has given the specific target for the accomplishment of assigned target in the Multan region and many constables avoid utilizing their own conveyance during their duty to save their expanses.

The purpose of providing the motor bikes to constables of the Excise and Taxation to fulfill their responsibilities in a better way and giving them bike will assist the Excise staff for the achievement of tax collection.  Those constables will not be eligible for the motor bikes from the Department which have less than five years remaining in their retirement from the Service.

Those constables who get the bikes allotment from the Excise and Taxation Department will also attach their appointment letters along with the bike application from the department. Excise and Taxation department is busy in preparing the lists of those constables which will be provided bikes from the Punjab government.
