Custom tribunal hears 14 cases on Tuesday

LAHORE: Customs Appellant Tribunal, Lahore heard 14 cases on Tuesday and adjourned all of them for the next hearing.

As per details, bench-I of the tribunal comprising Member Judicial Ghulam Murtaza Bhatti heard four cases including Imtiaz Traders versus M.A Ghaffar, Ikram International versus M.A Ghaffar, collector customs Lahore versus department, Shaheen Solar versus M.A ghaffar.

Division bench comprising Member Judicial Ghulam Murtaz Bhatti Khawja and Member Technical Omer Mehdi heard cases fixed for hearing including collector versus department, Javaid Iqbal versus M.A Ghaffar, Saad Enterprises versus Omer Ahmed khan.

Member judicial of bench-II, Omer Arshad Hakeem heard three cases including Jan Enterprises versus customs, customs versus Muhammad younas, Malik khadim hussain versus Customs Sambrial.

Member Technical in bench-II, Imran Tariq heard two cases of Barkat Agents versus directorate of Lahore and customs Lahore versus Muhammad Arshad.
