KARACHI: The Karachi Stock Exchange witnessed fluctuation in trading, but remained in red zone as KSE-100 index shed 91.19 points to reach 32638.36 level till midday on Wednesday.
The stock recorded the highest trading level of 32729.55 points and lowest level of 32573.35 points, with the total volume of 50,256,250shares, having Rs3,488,734,914 value.
Despite decline in share price, Fatima Fert.XD remain top trading company with a volume of 10,309,000 and price per share of 35.90 (-1.58). Engro Fert remained second with a volume of 8,687,500 and price per share of 85.01 (85.01) and Byco Petroleum with a volume 5,217,000 of price per share of 13.77 (-0.23).
In early trading, the KSE remained in bearish trend as 100-index fell 0.41 per cent, shedding 134 points to plunge to 32595.52 points.
On Tuesday, the KSE lost 156.51 points or 0.48 percent to reach 32729.55 points with the volume of 58,494,160 shares.
