Pak Rupee gains 24 paisa against USD

KARACHI: The exchange rate of US Dollar weakened by 24 paisa in the interbank on Thursday against Pakistani rupee.

The greenback closed at Rs159.07 rupees on fourth business day of the week.

Rupee had also gained against dollar on third business day of the week as USD closed at 159.31 in the interbank market on Wednesday.

It is to be mentioned here that Pakistani Rupee appreciates when lesser amount of rupees are required to get one USD. On the other hand, PKR depreciates when more rupees are required to get one greenback.
