KARACHI: The Karachi Stock Exchange maintained the positive momentum of early trading as benchmark 100-index up by 87.22 points to 32704.96 level till midday on Friday, the last trading day.
The stock witnessed highest level of 32750.45 points and lowest level of 32617.74 points, with total volume of 15,194,500 shares, having Rs1,046,407,118 value.
K-Electric Ltd remained top trading company with a volume of 2,555,000 and price per share of 7.52 (0.08). Hum Network remained second with a volume of 2,512,000 and price per share of 12.32 (0.22) and Pak Refinery(R) with a volume 2,050,200 of price per share of 38.60 (0.10).
Keeping the yesterday’s upward rally, the Karachi Stock Exchange opened Friday with positive note as 100-index gained 85.32 points to reach 32703 points level.
On Thursday, the KSE added 18.74 points or 0.06 percent to take the rally to 32617.74 points, with total volume of 43,633,490 shares.
