ISLAMABAD: Anti-Narcotic Force has recovered almost 1000 grams of heroin from Bosnian citizen lady at Benazir Bhutto International Airport Islamabad and arrested her on the spot.
According to the details, Anti-Narcotic Force authorities concerned intercepted a Bosnian citizen passenger namely Amera Mauzeh on suspicion to check her luggage.
While searching the luggage of the passenger, officials found almost 1000 grams of heroin from hidden cavities of the bag on which ANF arrested the accused for further interrogation.
The accused lady intended to smuggle the recovered heroin to Dubai, United Arab Emirates through a private airlines’ flight No. EK-613.
The officials have started investigation in the case to trace the group if she belongs to anyone.
