KARACHI: The Pakistan rupee remained unchanged in value against the US dollar on Friday, the last trading day.
According to the local currency market, the rupee remained firm both in interbank and open market at 101.80 and 103.15 respectively. On Thursday, the dollar closed flat in value against the rupee in the interbank market as it started the day’s trading at Rs101.60 for buying, with no change in value it closed at Rs 101.60 for buying and Rs 101.80 for selling. The dollar also remained flat against the rupee in open market as it initiated the trading at Rs102.90 for buying, closed at Rs 102.90 for buying with no change and closed at Rs 103.15 for selling.
