LAHORE: The Special Court of Customs Taxation and Anti-Smuggling heard 25 important cases on Saturday and issued necessary directions.
The cases, including tax evasion, Customs, smuggling and narcotics, were scheduled for the day. The smuggling cases were also a part of the day’s schedule in which court recorded statements of the parties. In some cases the Customs Court recorded witnesses and issued necessary directions.
Special Judge of Customs Court Nazeer Ahmad Gajana has directed the parties and Customs officials to complete the challans of the cases soon to speed up the cases in the court.
