ISLAMABAD: Islamabad Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ICCI) and Roots Millennium Schools (RMS) have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to promote entrepreneurial spirit, especially in youth.
ICCI President Muzzamil Hussain Sabri and Roots Millennium Schools CEO Ch Faisal Mushtaq signed the MoU on behalf of their respective organisations at Chamber House. The main objective of the MoU is to encourage the students of RMS towards entrepreneurship as well as to promote industry-academia linkages. ICCI will provide internships to RMS students to give them practical exposure of theoretical knowledge, assist them in identification of research topics for industry and will provide them mentorship & guidance on entrepreneurship.
RMS students will also be engaged in event management activities for providing them useful learning experience. In return RMS will share industrial search studies with ICCI for the benefit of local industry. RMS will provide 50% discount in admission fee and 10% discount in monthly tuition fee to the children of ICCI members for study in its schools. Monthly fee discount shall be applicable from Play Group to Secondary Education level.
