LAHORE: The The Lahore High Court (LHC) has issues notice to senior member Board of Revenue Punjab Nadeem Ashraf in a contempt of court case.
According to details, in the court of Justice Farrukh Irfan on application of Anwarul Haq advocate, the senior staff officer of the Board of Revenue presented the statement of the Revenue Board. They asked for time of more than two years to complete the record of the department but the court rejected their request and issued notice to senior member of Board Nadeem Ashraf to appear in the court.
The LHC issued the notice for August 3, 2015 and directed him to ensure his presence in the court.
