SIALKOT: The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) is removing flaws from E-filing system of tax returns submission to make it more user-friendly, to facilitate the business community and potential taxpayers.
The FBR has launched an awareness seminar on “E-filing tax returns filing” at Gujranwala Chamber of Commerce and Industry (GCCI). The FBR chief of FATE Wing Islamabad Bukhtiar Muhammad, Secretary Information Technology Department Miss Attiya and Chief Commissioner Inland Revenue Gujranwala Mansur Ahmed Bajwa also attended the seminar.
The GCCI President Sheikh Nouman Salahuddin, during his welcome address, highlighted the local business community’s problems in submitting their tax returns using E-filing system.
The participants were told that the FBR was also making all out sincere efforts to educate the business community about the submission of their tax returns under the E-filing system of FBR to solve the problems of business community and potential taxpayers.
