Customs to hold 2-days training workshop for officials

MULTAN: Customs is going to organize two days train for trainer program for Customs officials on operational procedures and Quality checks for the import process of solar equipment required for scrutinization of suitable staff on Monday 27th July (today), and Tuesday 28th July, 2015.

As per details, Customs department will arrange training for the customs officials from all Collectorates of Customs to train them for the clearance procedure adopted during the clearance of solar equipments.

Customs will train the few officials from all Collectorates to teach other employees of customs about new methods of customs for the training.

Customs Inspector Muhammad Saleem Akhtar BS-16 has been nominated from the MCC Multan for the training program planned at Karachi. Customs has nominated only one official from the Model of Customs Collectorate Multan for the training in the two days program.

Director Alternate Energy Development Board (Solar) has nominated the Inspector Muhammad Saleem Akhtar who is working as an import examiner at the Multan Dry Port now.
