SCCI to organise 2-day exhibition for women in Sep

SIALKOT: A two-day exhibition is being organised by the Sialkot Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI) under the title of “For Women by Women” on September 12-13.

This was revealed by SCCI President Fazal Jillian, while talking to the state-owned news agency. He said the aim to hold exhibition was to identify women entrepreneurs having adequate production and export capacity, networking of women entrepreneurs through chamber platform to add synergy to export growth and link up women entrepreneurs with retailers, trade houses, wholesale buyers and other women entrepreneurs.

The exhibition will cover garments and textile, fashion wear, handicrafts, home decor, sports wear, leather products, food its, jewellery items, leather accessories, pharmaceuticals and herbal products, confectioneries, cosmetics and other services, he said.

The SCCI President further said that the mega exhibition for women entrepreneurs export quality products was being organized by departmental committee on Women Entrepreneurs of Sialkot Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI). He urged the women entrepreneurs to come forward and ensure their maximum participation in the mega exhibition for boosting the business.
