Customs to launch new software to facilitate exporters

FAISALABAD: Director Automation Pakistan Customs Abdul Majid Yousafani has said that customs has decided to computerized all operations to facilitate exporters. He said the new software is in its final stage and hopefully will be launched next week.

He was giving a presentation during a function held at the Faisalabad Chambers of Commerce and Industry. Director Exchange Policy State Bank of Pakistan Fazal Mehmood and Collector Customs Faisalabad Tauseef Ahmed Qureshi was also present on the occasion.

In his address Abdul Majid Yousafani has said that through this software a lot of facilitations will be available for exporters and on the other hand this software saves a lot of precious time of exporters.

President Faisalabad Chamber of Commerce and Industry Inam Afzal Khan welcome the guess and appeals to FBR that refund case of traders should be solved on priority basis.
