LAHORE: The Lahore High Court (LHC) on Tuesday directed the federation to submit its reply for increasing tax on Sui gas in one week.
During the case hearing, plaintiff Shafqat Mehmood stated that increased tax on Sui gas is illegal, therefore, the court should annul the decision.
Subsequently, the court has approved the petition for hearing and ordered federation officials to submit written reply in one week. Further proceedings of the case will be held next week.
