It may be mentioned here that the Pakistan Customs has leveled tax evasion charges of Rs4145million on M/s Shaheen Air International Limited against importing 47aircraft without Lease Agreement and dismantling among 12 without prior permission of the Pakistan Customs. However, the legal advisor of M/s Shaheen Air International Limited was of the view that importation of aircraft  needed no lease agreement.
