Gujranwala: CDG seals 200 residential-turned-commercial buildings

SIALKOT: City District Government Gujranwala has sealed as many as 200 residential-turned-commercial buildings located in Gujranwala city’s posh localities, including DC Road, Kashmir Road, Satellite Town, Nandipur Town, Fareed Town and Sialkot Road here.

According to the senior CDG officials, the owners of these buildings had got approved the maps of these buildings by depositing fees of residential buildings but later they converted them into the commercial buildings. The owners of such buildings did not deposit the commercialization fees of these 200 residential-turned-commercial buildings despite the recovery notices repeatedly issued by the City District Government Gujranwala.
