ISLAMABAD: The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has decided to deduct 300,000 active taxpayers’ income tax at source.
Sources told Customs Today that a final list was being issued, consisting of active taxpayers from banks, big super stores, industrialists and other skilled persons. The other relevant details of active taxpayers will also be included in the list. After this, the FBR will deduct at source the income tax from these units and individuals.
The list is in final stage of its preparation and will be issued soon.
