Car cell impounds non-customs paid car

ISLAMABAD: The special car cell of the Headquarters Directorate General Customs Intelligence and Investigation has impounded a Toyota Surf during a crackdown on non-customs paid cars.

Car Cell In-charge Senior Intelligence Officer Javed Jahengiri stopped a suspected car coming from Peshawar. The driver failed to produce papers of the vehicle after which the vehicle was impounded and the driver was told to appear before the intelligence and investigation director general with original documents after Eid.
