Trade and services indices for Q2 announced

ANKARA: According to the Turkish Statistical Institute (TurkStat), the seasonally- and calendar-adjusted trade and services turnover index increased 4.2 percent compared to the previous quarter in the second quarter of 2015, and the calendar-adjusted trade and services turnover index increased 11.5 percent since the second quarter of 2014.

Moreover, the seasonal and calendar-adjusted trade and services gross wages-salaries index increased by 2.7 percent in the second quarter compared to the first quarter of 2015, TurkStat announced. The calendar adjusted trade and services gross wages-salaries index also increased by 11.9 percent compared to the same quarter of the previous year.
