NAB adjourns PRSP director case till Sept 9

LAHORE: National Accountability Bureau (NAB) has adjourned the hearing of case against Director Punjab Rural Support Program Nazir Ahmed Khan in embezzlement of funds till September 9, 2015.

NAB filed five references against Nazir Ahmed Khan in which NAB states that he is involved in fraud of millions of rupees in Punjab Rural Support Program (PRSP).

Nazir Ahmed Khan also filed a appeal in the court, stating that he was not involved in any fraud activity and there was no eye witness against him.

Nazir Ahmed Khan also argued in appeal that there are no evidences of fraud against him so the NAB withdraw all five references against him.

The Court issued to procession and called respodent advocate of case for the comments on September 9, 2015.
