WOODBURY, N.J: A judge in New Jersey has declined to lower bail for two New York men who stole a car belonging to the Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency of New York.
The accused Richard Boyce and Jonathan Moe have been kept at Gloucester County on 35,000 dollar bail each. Richard Boyce and Jonathan Moe have been accused of stealing a car belonging to the Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency in New York. The car was discovered on fire in a wooded area off the New Jersey Turnpike last Saturday.
